Call for submission of articles

1. First Issue of the ENA RDC Scientific Journal – INFLEXION

The National School of Administration « ENA » announces the launch of the first issue of its scientific journal, INFLEXION, established on February 3, 2025. Researchers, practitioners, educators, and experts in public administration, governance, law, economics, public finance, public policy, and related disciplines are invited to submit their scientific articles.

2. About the INFLEXION Journal

INFLEXION aims to be a space for reflection and scientific debate on the dynamics of transformation in public administration, institutional reforms, and contemporary issues related to governance and public policies. Published biannually (in June and December), INFLEXION features original, internationally standard articles that enhance understanding of administrative, economic, and social phenomena, focusing on the Congolese and African contexts to improve governance and public management practices.

3. Submission Standards and Processes

Submitted articles must be well-thought-out, and respectful of academic standards and the editorial rules outlined in the journal’s Charter, which researchers are strongly encouraged to read at ena.cd. All manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review to ensure scientific quality. Articles can be submitted in French or English, with an abstract in both languages.

4. Timeline

• Submission deadline: April 21, 2025
• Notification to authors: May 21, 2025
• Expected publication date: June 26, 2025
